| Title: | The Secretary-General reported that Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on 3rd Dec., 2001, agreed without any amendment to the Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2001 and to the National Commission for Safai Karamcharis (Amendment) Bill, 2001, passed by the Lok Sabha on 29th Nov. and 23rd Nov. respectively; that Rajya Sabha had enclosed one copy each of the Tea Districts Emigrant Labour (Repeal) Repealing Bill, 2001 and the St. John Ambulance Association (India ) Transfer of Funds (Repeal) Bill, 2001, passed by the Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 3rd Dec., 2001; and also laid on the Table of the House the Indian Succession (Amendment) Bill, 2001, the Tea Districts Emigrant Labour (Repeal) Repealing Bill, 2001 and The St. John Ambulance Association (India) Transfer of Funds (Repeal) Bill, 2001 |
